My love for process and design have been key assets in delivering exceptional results. I believe that success is best achieved collaboratively, with a willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and 'get your hands dirty'. Drawing on my background as a designer, I approach each project with patience and care, taking the time to craft every element to bring my clients' vision to life.

Associate IT Project Manager

Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN

  • Improved visitor and patient campus navigation experience by creating full Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) campus maps and individual floor schematics for 8 campus buildings and 58 floors.

  • Launched the initial phase of a web-based campus navigation tool.

  • Identified and provided design sketches to repurpose 2800 square feet of underutilized mechanical space to build hybrid operating rooms.

  • Responsible for ensuring that VUMC building acquisitions comply with institutional facility management room numbering standards.

  • Designed a temporary COVID-19 testing site to expand the emergency waiting area by 91% to help clinical staff accommodate incoming patients.

  • Partnered with hospital leadership to assess space utilization to comply with accreditation standards for graduate medical programs.

  • Product manager for AssetWorks AiM: analyze facilities data quality and disseminate to pertinent stakeholders.

  • Implemented client’s vision for staging design of 2018 & 2019 CMT Music Awards.

  • Created bid drawings and technical documentation for 2019 NFL Draft.

  • Created bid drawings and technical documentation for Beyoncé and Jay-Z On the Run II performance at Vanderbilt Stadium.

  • Analyzed topographical maps to create stable and safe stage layouts on uneven land for outdoor concerts.

Production: Sarah DeLappe's The Wolves

  • Understood director's interpretation of the story and brought their vision to life. 

  • Overlayed sound effects with prerecorded music to create a blended sound during scene transitions.

  • Conceptualized playlist of 60 minutes of music to use throughout entire production.

  • Assisted the Stage Manager for all aspects of the production: rehearsals, tech, and performances.

  • Prepared the stage and backstage area for all rehearsals and performances. 

  • Maintained a clean backstage and an organized prop table. 

  • Helped coordinate the movement of props and set decorations during rehearsals and performances.

Production: Johnna Adams' World Builders

  • Collaborated with director and primary sound designer to develop a cohesive sound and lighting design for overall production. 

  • Simultaneously operated sound board and light board during all rehearsals and performances.

  • Worked with Stage Manager to ensure that all sound cues and light cues were executed accurately and on time.

  • Assisted and shadowed production manager to set up and arrange sound, lighting, and video equipment for all rehearsals and productions.

  • Aided venue managers by helping load in staging and equipment for touring production of Wicked.

  • Created, presented, and prepared lighting designs for 7 events during summer season. 

  • Collaborated with technical director to determine necessary equipment for each production.
